Returns Policy

You can return unbranded items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, should order be less than R300. For orders exceeding R300, a 15% handling fee will be charged.  We will only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item/ product). Should the item purchased have a custom branded logo and/or personalization, we will not allow these items to be returned and or refunded.

You should expect to receive your refund within 7 working days of giving your package to the return shipper.  This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 3 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1 to 2 business days).

We can ship to any address within South Africa. 

The Courier Guy has been elected as our preferred courier company to transport our parcels nationwide. Cape Town deliveries are shipped out on a next day service, and national deliveries (JHB, DNB, PTA, PE etc) are shipped out on a 2 to 3 (working day) service.  Regional outlying areas can take up to 5 working days. You can track your parcels via  You will receive an email confirmation from The Courier Guy directly confirming your order has been collected and shipped along with the tracking details. Please check your junk / spam folder if you have not received your tracking details from The Courier Guy.

When you place an online order, we will
estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Should there be a price difference, we will contact you to inform you of amended courier rate.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based, excluding wooden, linen or shipper boxes, these are volumetric based, which can result in higher courier fees.

Please note that once your parcel has been collected by The Courier Guy, we are no longer responsible for this parcel.  Should the parcel for example be stolen or damaged in transit , we will not be held responsible.  You will need to inform and claim from The Courier Guy directly.  The Courier Guy offers a basic R1,000 free insurance claim per waybill (in case of stolen / damaged parcel from a hi-jacking). Should you like to insure your parcel while in transit with The Courier Guy, please notify Keepsake Creative, prior to shipping.  Keepsake Creative will forward you a quote for added Insurance on your parcel. Once this additional fee has been paid, Keepsake Creative will courier your parcel to you with added Insurance to safeguard your parcel incase of damage & or theft.
