You may only return unbranded items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We will only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item/ product). Should the item purchased have a custom branded logo and/or personalization, we will not allow these items to be returned.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1 to 2 business days).
If you need to return an item, please email us (email@example.com) with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
We can ship to any address within South Africa.
The Courier Guy has been elected as our preferred courier company to transport our parcels nationwide. Cape Town deliveries are shipped out on a next day service, and national deliveries (JHB, DNB, PTA, PE etc) are shipped out on a 2 to 3 (working day) service. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Should there be a price difference, we will contact you to inform you of amended courier rate.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based, excluding wooden and/or linen gift boxes, these are volumetric based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page.
