Why Choose Keepsake Creative for Headwear?

We're not a call centre and a warehouse — we're one person who answers your emails, sources your stock, and checks your branding before it ships. No chasing three departments to get a straight answer on your order.

Our headwear range covers caps, beanies, hats, scarves, gloves, and headwear sets — built for staff uniforms, client gifting, event giveaways, or just keeping your logo visible wherever your team goes.

Branding & Customisation Options

Headwear takes branding differently to clothing — curved panels, smaller print areas, and hard trims like buttons and buckles all come into play. Here's what's available, and where each one fits:

Collapsible content

Embroidery

The standard for headwear. Stitched, durable, and the cleanest way to put a logo on a front cap panel or beanie cuff.

Screen Printing

Works well on flatter surfaces like beanies and bucket hats; less ideal on heavily curved cap panels.

DTF (Direct-to-Film) Printing

Full-colour, photo-quality designs heat-pressed on. Works across most fabric types and doesn't need a large order to be cost-effective.

Sublimation Printing

The dye becomes part of the fabric fibres, so it never cracks or peels. Suits all-over designs and performance mesh panels — polyester and poly-blends only, not cotton.

Silicone Printing

A raised, tactile finish that flexes with stretch fabric. Good for stretch-fit caps and beanies.

Pad Printing

Best suited to hard trims — cap buttons, buckles, and clips — rather than the fabric itself.

Laser Engraving

Best suited to leather and faux-leather patches, like a branded patch on a trucker cap, rather than the fabric.

Debossing

Presses your design into the material for a recessed, tactile impression. Like engraving, this works on leather and faux-leather patches rather than woven fabric.

Frequently Asked Questions

What types of headwear do you offer?

Caps, beanies, hats, scarves, gloves, and headwear sets.

Which branding method is right for my order?

It depends on the piece and the design. Embroidery is the standard for caps and beanies. DTF and sublimation handle full-colour or photographic designs. Pad printing covers hard trims like buttons and buckles, while laser engraving and debossing suit leather patches. Tell us what you're after and we'll recommend the right fit.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No minimum — you can order a single piece if that's what you need. As with all our pricing, the more you order, the better your price per unit.

Can I mix styles, colours, or types within one order?

Yes. You can combine different headwear types in the same order — caps and beanies together, for example — in a mix of colours. The cost implication sits with branding: each product type carries its own setup charge for custom branding, and each logo colour change carries its own setup charge too.

What's the turnaround time for branded headwear?

Custom branded orders take 5 to 7 full working days.

Can I request a sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes — a sample fee applies.

Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes — we offer nationwide courier delivery at an additional fee, calculated and shown at checkout.

What are your payment terms?

Payment is required in full (100%) at the time your order is placed.
